A very popular café in the middle of Freudenstadt ... and rightly so! Very friendly staff, great selection of cakes (also great unusual varieties for vegans) and generally a good vegan range of food and drinks. The waiting time can be a bit longer at the rush hour on the weekend, but it was worth it for us. In terms of price, it is also perfectly okay (huge ice cream sundae with self-made chocolates and your own ice cream doesn't even cost 9 €!). In terms of quality, we like to come back when we're in the area 😊

A place for more than just a break ... the cake buffet invites you to linger - the selection is simply overwhelming! Quality and selection are right. The service is great (Mr. Schubert 🤗). Even if the weather doesn't currently allow you to sit outside, it's worth it! 👍👍👍

Nice service, but that's almost it. Coffee and cake overpriced. In addition, the cappuccino tasted like burnt beans were being used.

This is our 8th time in Frehdenstadt and we always like to come back here. There are not only delicious cakes and coffee, but also great tea, pastries and chocolate. The interior is reminiscent of a museum with a nice atmosphere. It is a pleasure to have a drink here and enjoy cakes or other pastries. When I go home, I always take a couple of Black Forest long woods with me, a specialty from this café, a great souvenir for good friends 😊

Nice cafe right on the market square. Points are deducted for the watery apple juice spritzer (20/80 mixture) and the 50 cents surcharge for the lactose-free milk in the cappuccino, although this is just as expensive as normal milk

The only waitress was very friendly, tried hard and even "advised" us, not just served. It was pretty full and she was visibly stressed, but she didn't let it be felt. Sometimes we had to wait a little longer, but we understood that. What we found negative was the high prices for the portions that you get. Everything was ok in terms of taste.

Prima Cafe in the middle of the square. Slightly more expensive than average. Huge card. Standard German card, you can ask for English. They also have a lunch deal. 4.50 for a large coffee and a multigrain croissant. Plenty of shade due to large umbrellas.

Nice cafe, located directly on the market square. Super delicious cakes, tarts and pieces. Warm dishes are also offered. When I visit Freudenstadt, my path always leads me there. The waitresses, whether inside or outside, are very friendly. Any time!!

Nice central location, good map. Unfortunately a bit excessive prices, especially for drinks. Otherwise to be recommended.

Take a break and enjoy some excellent hand made cake and have some coffee, tea or something cold to drink. Friendly and attentive waiters will help you choose what cake to get. You can also,buy some sweets to take with you. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love visiting this cafe right in the ❤️ of Freudenstadt. The desserts are so nicely prepared and very tasty. During the fall season, look for zweibelkuchen, special onion and bacon pie - sehr lecker. This cafe is also filled with lots of sweet treats to grab for gifts for loved ones.

Such a great and cute place to go when you're in Freudenstadt! Just a must do! The service is incredibly friendly and they try to make your stay as good as possible. The cakes and pastries are amazing and all self-made by the owner. Everything they do is made with love! They also offer vide variety off good German dishes, prepared only with fresh ingredients. I can only recommend you to go there!

Nice Café in the central market Square. Good for a quick bite of a dessert of you like cakes and ice cream. Service is fast and the seating outside allows for a pleasant break on a sunny day.

Very tasty food and bakery! Big choice of souvenirs and serves food all day.
